Financial and material Ukraine's opportunities to ensure the necessary level of military and economic security elements development
Abstract
Purpose: determining and assessing the levels of opportunities to provide financial and material resources for military and economic security of the state.
Design/Method/Approach: the authors of the article on the basis of their own observations, results using the method of expert survey and analysis of foreign experience made a comparative evaluation of the results of the authors' ratios to 2021 inclusive, which affect the financial and material capabilities of military and economic security.
Findings: calculated the levels of opportunities to provide financial and material resources (military-economic aspect) of the economy until 2021 inclusive, which allowed to assess not only their current state, but also the dynamics over the past decade.
Theoretical implications: the result of the assessment of Ukraine's capabilities to ensure the required level of development of such components of military and economic security as financial and material steel, defined by the authors, the limits of the relevant indicators-relations. This approach can be used to reflect the state and other components; and the presentation of results in the form of coefficients (from “1” to “5”) has significantly improved the visual perception of the material.
