Ukraine’s postwar recovery strategy: a systemic model for integrating economy, governance, and security
Abstract
Purpose: to identify the main stages and measures of post-war recovery of Ukraine.
Method: systematic analysis, expert survey, comparative historical method, content analysis of the legal framework, scenario modeling method and SWOT analysis were used.
Practical implications: a structured model of the phased post-war recovery of Ukraine is proposed, which can be used as a basis for state planning, development of national policies, coordination of international assistance and evaluation of the effectiveness of measures in the areas of economy, security and governance.
