Authors charges
Article Processing Charges (APC)
The Journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs associated with editorial and publishing services, including, but not limited to:
- peer review management;
- plagiarism screening;
- copyediting and technical editing;
- layout design and typesetting;
- DOI assignment;
- indexing and dissemination in academic databases;
- website maintenance and hosting services.
The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
The standard APC is USD 40 per article, regardless of manuscript length, provided that the submission complies with the journal’s formatting requirements.
Please note: the publication fee may be subject to change depending on editorial policy updates, operational costs, or economic conditions.
Editorial Independence and Transparency
The Journal adheres to the principles of editorial independence and transparency in accordance with COPE and DOAJ standards.
Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions.
All submissions undergo independent peer review, and acceptance or rejection is based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Refund Policy
APC payments cover the editorial and production processes and are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- the article has been accepted and the production process has commenced;
- the author withdraws the manuscript after acceptance;
- violations of publication ethics are identified (including plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification).
Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances:
- in the case of technical payment errors (e.g., duplicate payments);
- if the publication is cancelled by the Journal prior to the start of the production process.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Editorial Office.
Additional Provisions
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after payment.
Approved refunds will be processed, where possible, using the original payment method.
