Authors charges

Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs associated with editorial and publishing services, including but not limited to:

  • peer review management;
  • plagiarism screening;
  • copyediting and technical editing;
  • layout and typesetting;
  • DOI assignment;
  • indexing and dissemination in databases;
  • website maintenance and hosting services.

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

The standard APC is USD 40 per article, regardless of the manuscript length, provided that the submission complies with the journal’s formatting requirements.

Editorial Independence and Transparency

The Journal adheres to the principles of editorial independence and transparency in accordance with COPE and DOAJ standards.

Payment of APC does not influence editorial decisions.
All submissions undergo independent peer review, and acceptance or rejection is based solely on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

Refund Policy

APC payments cover the editorial and production processes and are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • the article has already been accepted and the production process has begun;
  • the author withdraws the manuscript after acceptance;
  • violations of publication ethics are identified (including plagiarism, data fabrication, or falsification).

Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances:

  • in the case of technical payment errors (e.g., duplicate payments);
  • if the publication is cancelled by the Journal before the production process begins.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Editorial Office.

Additional Provisions

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after payment.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
