Recommendations on the Organization of Comprehensive Monitoring of the Military-Political Situation in the System of Ensuring Military Security of the State
Abstract
Мета роботи: розроблення рекомендацій щодо організації комплексного моніторингу воєнно-політичної обстановки в системі забезпечення воєнної безпеки держави.
Метод дослідження: використовувалися системний підхід, метод стратегічного аналізу та моніторингу, контент-аналіз нормативно-правових актів, факторний аналіз для класифікації загроз.
Практична цінність дослідження: формулюванні рекомендацій щодо створення системи стратегічного моніторингу загроз воєнній безпеці держави; розроблено узагальнену модель реагування на загрози у воєнній сфері та створенні підґрунтя для впровадження інформаційно-аналітичної системи, яка може слугувати інструментом для прийняття рішень на стратегічному рівні, що сприятиме підвищенню ефективності державного управління у сфері воєнної безпеки через запровадження цілеспрямованого й науково обґрунтованого моніторингу.
