Modeling the Functioning of the State Energy System: a Practical Aspect
Abstract
Purpose: determination of the practical aspect of modeling the functioning of the state energy system on the basis of a modified cognitive approach.
Method: a modified cognitive approach to modeling is used.
Practical implications: The proposed approach to modeling the energy system allows: to assess the impact of various factors on energy security; to support management decision-making in the energy sector; to adapt the model to real conditions, including external threats; to create a flexible system of analysis and planning suitable for strategic management of the state's energy security.
