Formalization and legislative consolidation of mechanisms for ensuring the resilience of energy security in Ukraine
Abstract
Purpose: study, analysis and formalization of the mechanisms necessary to ensure the resilience of energy security in Ukraine. The main task is to develop specific strategies and policies that will be enshrined in legislation in order to minimize threats to the country's energy system and ensure independence and sustainability in the energy sector.
Method: analysis and modeling.
Practical implications: The developed recommendations can be used to develop policies and legislation to strengthen the resilience and security of Ukraine's energy sector.
Value of research: The study is aimed at analyzing and developing specific measures and legal mechanisms that will allow the country to effectively protect its energy infrastructure and ensure independence in wartime.
