An intellectualized model of integrating authentic leadership and expertise in stimulating innovations at defense industry enterprises
Abstract
Purpose: development and justification of an intellectualized model that integrates the concepts of authentic leadership and expertise to effectively stimulate innovation and develop innovative potential at defense industry enterprises in order to increase their competitiveness and technological modernization.
Method: empirical research and theoretical analysis, expert survey.
Practical value of research: the developed recommendations can be used to develop practical steps for technological modernization of the defense industry, strengthening national security and expanding the presence of domestic products in the world arms markets.
Value of research: The results of the study demonstrate the synergistic effect of combining leadership and expertise, as well as confirm the role of the intellectualized model in the systematic management of innovation processes in the defense industry, which allows for more effective implementation of innovations and solving related problems and challenges.
