Basic aspects of inventory management and logistics in defense resource management and defense management processes
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of the article is to determine the main aspects of stockpile management and logistics in the processes of defense resource management and defense management.
Method: the main methods of research are methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, as well as methods of formalization and abstraction.
Findings: the main results of research on the topic of the article are the disclosure of theoretical and practical features: command and control in the field of logistics support in the defense sector; management of reserves in the defense sphere; development of the inventory management system; stock management in the system of providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Theoretical implications: the theoretical value of the results of the article consists in determining the main aspects of stockpile management and logistics in the processes of defense resource management and defense management, taking into account the peculiarities of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
