The main provisions of the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of development programs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Abstract
Purpose: development of a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of the development program of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Method: program-target method of program evaluation, method of analyzing hierarchies, analytical method, Harington desirability scale
Findings: The methodology takes into account the different priorities of the partial indicators of the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the measures of the development program.
