Selection and placement of officers in the military command and control bodies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: the existing procedure and the need for its improvement in the conditions of a special period (martial law)
Abstract
Purpose: to analyze the procedure for the selection and placement of officers in the military command and control bodies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to determine the directions of its modernization in the conditions of a special period (martial law.
Method: theoretical analysis, qualitative analysis, comparative analysis.
Research results: the imperfection of the existing procedure for the selection and placement of officers in the military administration is revealed and directions for future research are proposed.
Theoretical value of the study: the results of the study complement the existing theoretical studies in the personnel management system and also allow to formulate key requirements for military personnel in the personnel reserve.
Practical value of the study: the study provides directions for improving the methodology of selection and placement of officers for further elaboration of indicators and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of selection and placement.
Value of the study: this study presents the fundamental principles of the doctrinal documents of the North Atlantic Alliance on human resources management.
