Comparative analysis of the selection and placement of personnel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the period from 1992 to 2022
Abstract
Purpose: coverage of the results of solving the scientific and practical task of analyzing the selection and deployment of personnel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the period from 1992 to 2022, namely: the selection and deployment of personnel in 1991-2014; recruitment and deployment of personnel during the Anti-Terrorist Operation and the Joint Forces Operation
Method: the main research method is the method of analysis
Results of the study: The article presents an analysis of the recruitment and placement of personnel in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the period from 1992 to 2022
Theoretical implications: the results of the conducted research can be used to determine the shortcomings of the selection and deployment of the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as in the course of further research in this direction in scientific institutions.
