Analysis of conditions and factors affecting the system of storage, transportation of material and technical means of logistics

Keywords: Russian-Ukrainian war, weapons and military equipment, logistics, material and technical means, storage, transportation, cargo platforms, loading and unloading operations, packaging, container

Abstract

Purpose: is to analyze modern technical means of transportation, storage of material and technical resources used in the armed forces, their compliance with modern conditions for the implementation of logistical operations to support military units conducting combat operations, as well as the search for new technical solutions that will allow achieving full mechanization of loading and unloading operations, increasing the efficiency of the use of technical means of transportation of material and technical resources by switching to new types of packaging, containers, etc..

Method: system analysis method, system-structural analysis method.

Findings: Key factors influencing the productivity of logistics systems are identified, including technological equipment, adaptability of processes to external conditions, and the level of integration of technical solutions. Recommendations are offered for optimizing the logistics flow management system.

Theoretical implications: The work expands existing theoretical approaches to the study of logistics systems by integrating the concepts of risk management and the application of new technological approaches in logistics.

Practical implications: The results obtained can be used for the functioning of the logistics support system at all levels of its hierarchies during the implementation of logistics operations, in particular in conditions of large-scale war.

Papertype: Conceptual and empirical.
