The strategic Command Post Exercise are considered maneuvers of series the “Caucasus” is the staple of military-political activity of the Allied state of Belorussia, Russia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in a military-political sphere and final stage of the combat training of the Regional groupment of troops of their military powers.

After intruding of Armed Forces of Russian Federation to Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk to the area, the row of occident and international organizations was brought over to hard pressure on Russia from Ukrainian and other questions that resulted in proceeding in opposition between Russian Federation and the West actually at the level of new “cold war”. Thus, the threat of origin of the armed conflict or full-blown war purchased complete reality between them. Exactly nevertheless a scenario was fixed in basis of maneuvers the “Caucasus – 2016” and the “West – 2017”, that is small most scales in all history of realization of the strategic head-quarter and caused considerable resonance in the world.

The negative consequences of approvals of the USA and ЕU against Russia and threat of their further strengthening became reason of it critically in reply to a duty display by Moscow of aggressiveness of her external course.

Three educational-battles starting of intercontinental ballistic rockets were carried out in the same period.

The primary purposes of studies were become estimation of the real state of businesses and level of alertness of rocket parts and connections, and also internals of work of leading composition in relation to organization of implementation of the tasks put on a school year.
