Comprehensive methodology for assessing the effectiveness of mobilizing human resources in the area of responsibility
Abstract
In the article, based on the results of the system analysis of the main factors that affect the mobilization of human resources in the territory of responsibility, the selection and substantiation of indicators for assessing its effectiveness are carried out. An improved comprehensive methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the mobilization of human resources in the territory of responsibility is presented, with the help of which the level of the region's ability to ensure the guaranteed manning of troops (forces) with human mobilization resources is assessed.
