Partial Methodology for Assessing the Moral and Psychological State of Personnel
Abstract
Purpose: disclosure of the essence of the partial methodology for assessing the moral and psychological state of personnel.
Method: analysis, synthesis, formalization and evaluation of the material.
Findings: this partial methodology makes it possible to assess the moral and psychological state of personnel under martial law based on key basic components.
Theoretical implications: the results of the study supplement existing theoretical provisions in the field of assessing the moral and psychological state of personnel, and also take into account the experience of reconstitution the combat capability of military units (subunits) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Practical implications: the results of the study can be used in the process of reconstitution the combat capability of military units to assess the moral and psychological state of personnel, identify problems in the basic components of the moral and psychological state, and provide commanders with well-founded proposals for improving the moral and emotional-volitional attitude, motivational and functional readiness of personnel to perform combat tasks.
Originality/Value: this study proposes questionnaires for determining the values of indicators for assessing the moral and psychological state of personnel, taking into account the experience of reconstitution the combat capability of military units (subunits) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
