The need to improve the control mechanism during the implementation of projects in the management system of energy industry enterprises
Abstract
Purposе: the need to improve the existing control mechanism during the implementation of projects in the management mechanism of energy industry enterprises.
Method: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, and structural analysis.
Findings: it is substantiated that thanks to projects, unique services and products are created with specific initial parameters, i.e. the necessary resources, indicators and implementation deadlines, as well as with quality requirements and taking into account possible risks. Depending on the methods of implementing projects in energy industry enterprises, several types of projects and effects that each enterprise can receive from their implementation were identified. The role of the manager and responsible persons in the process of project implementation was determined and the control mechanism at each separate stage of project implementation was considered. Directions for improving the mechanism for controlling the effectiveness of project implementation in energy industry enterprises were outlined, which will allow optimizing their activities and increasing efficiency.
Theoretical implications: the results of the research will help to increase the efficiency of energy industry enterprises.
