Justification of the need to take into account and assess damage and damage, military costs and losses caused by hostilities, terrorist acts and sabotage and regulatory support for this process
Abstract
Purpose: The article is aimed at disclosing the need for accounting and assessment of damage and damage, military expenses and losses caused as a result of hostilities, terrorist acts and sabotage and analysis of its regulatory and legal support.
Design/Method/Approach: the main research methods are methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, and structural analysis.
Findings: In the context of the continuation of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, an important task for state bodies, business entities and society as a whole is to analyze the legal framework for accounting and assessing damage and damage, military costs and losses caused by hostilities, terrorist acts and sabotage in order to properly evaluate them and submit the necessary documents to international courts for compensation. Before receiving compensation payments, it is worth introducing innovative development directions in many areas. This will strengthen the country and contribute to its further development.
Theoretical implications: Further research will be aimed at implementing accepted changes in theoretical issues into the practical plane with the selection of relevant proposals for their solution.
