The role of the state in ensuring the sustainability of electronic communications (telecommunications) through non-financial instruments during martial law
Abstract
The purpose of the article: to develop recommendations for solving problems in the telecommunications industry aimed at ensuring the sustainability of electronic communications under martial law.
Research methods: critical analysis, information synthesis, induction and deduction.
Results of the study: the state of the telecommunications industry before the start of a full-scale invasion and under martial law is analyzed; the problems that arose in the industry during the war are outlined; the regulatory and legislative activities of the state aimed at overcoming them are considered; recommendations for ensuring the sustainability of electronic communications in times of war are developed.
Theoretical value of the study: the results of the study can be used to understand the importance of telecommunications in ensuring the sustainability of information exchange and security during martial law, as well as to improve the regulatory and legislative framework in the field of telecommunications, taking into account the peculiarities of martial law. Such a study can serve as a basis for further academic research in this area and help in developing strategies to ensure the sustainability of telecommunications systems in emergency situations.
