Improved partial methodology for assessing the level of competence of officers for appointment to military administration bodies of the armed forces of Ukraine
Abstract
Purpose: is substantiation of approaches to improve the partial methodology for assessing the level of competence of officers appointed to positions in the process of selection and distribution of officers in the military management bodies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Method: method of systematic analysis.
Findings: The article presents an improved partial methodology for assessing the level of competence of officers appointed to positions in the process of selection and placement of officers in the military command and control bodies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which allows analyzing each serviceman planned for a position related to his professional competencies, and also substantiates recommendations for its improvement.
Theoretical implications: the results of the study can be used in the selection and placement of officers in the military command and control bodies of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as in further research in this area in scientific institutions.
