Methodological aspects of ensuring the economic and military-economic stability of the state in the conditions of war
Abstract
Purpose: the content of the concept of national stability in the military-economic sphere in the conditions of war, factors influencing the formation of threats to stability are determined, the scientific and methodological approach to management and, in particular, evaluations in the system of national stability in the military-economic sphere are substantiated.
Method: theoretical-empirical, method of expert assessment.
Findings: it is justified that the assessment and monitoring of risks and threats to the economic and financial provision of military security of the state should be carried out within the framework of the created subsystem of ensuring national stability in the military and economic sphere, as a component of the national stability of Ukraine.
Theoretical implications: the content of the concept of national stability in the military and economic sphere is proposed. The list of system components and the architecture of the national stability management mechanism in the military-economic sphere have been determined on a systemic basis.
Value: This study shows the directions of methodological, scientific and methodical approaches to determining the content of national security in the military-economic sphere as a system, mechanisms and management tools.
Limitations of the study: This study opens the way for future studies on the assessment of the state of national stability in the military-economic sphere and the formation of directions and mechanisms for its strengthening in the conditions of post-war recovery.
