Organization of management in emergency situations in the normative legal acts of Ukraine
Abstract
Purpose: to develop proposals for the elimination of discrepancies in the existing normative legal acts of Ukraine, for the creation of a more effective hierarchically structured management system in emergency situations.
Method: submitted proposals on making changes to legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine on improving the organization of the work of civil protection management bodies.
Practical implications: suggestions are provided for overcoming contradictions in the formation of a more hierarchically structured system of emergency management, which will make it possible to more effectively organize the work of management bodies in emergency situations.
