A methodical approach to the unified assessment of the degree of professional suitability of conscripts
Abstract
numerical scale for the unification of the professional selection of reservists for positions in accordance with the VOS and the development of a decisive rule for assessing professional suitability.Method: general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis are used.Theoretical value of research: the main results of the research on the topic of the article are the unification of the assessment of the degree of professional suitability of conscripts, which consists in replacing heterogeneous measuring scales with a universal scale, on which the quantitative values of any personal details are combined with its qualitative assessment, and the analytical convolution of various parameters into a generalized indicator of the professional suitability of a conscript is allowed.Practical value of research: the proposed methodical approach makes it possible to assess the level of suitability of a conscript for each indicator of personal qualities.Value of research: using the specified methodology, subjects responsible for the selection and appointment of conscripts to positions according to the relevant VOS get the opportunity to conduct the necessary numerical calculations and provide substantiated proposals to the heads of military organizational structures for further adoption of personnel decisions.
