Partial methodology of assessing the state of individual training of servicemen in the military management bodies
Abstract
Purpose: To reveal the essence of the partial methodology of assessing the state of individual training of servicemen in the military management bodies.
Method: analysis, expert survey.
Theoretical value of research: the main results of the research on the subject of the article are a partial method of assessment of the state of individual training of servicemen in the military management bodies.
Practical value of research: the proposed partial methodology allows to assess the state of individual training of servicemen in the military management bodies.
Value of research: using the above-mentioned methodology, the subjects of training get an opportunity to assess the state of individual training of servicemen in the military management bodies, as well as to identify problematic issues during its organization and conduct, which necessitates the development of recommendations for its improvement.
