Recommendations of the staff of the state border body on the organization of actions during non-standard situations at crossing points
Abstract
Purpose: is to analyze the division of responsibilities in the border control department of the headquarters in making management decisions, as well as to determine the typical composition of information in decision-making by officials in non-standard (conflict) situations at checkpoints.
Method: analysis and description of the structure.
Findings: the division of powers, the list of potential situations, the planning of preventive measures should be carried out in advance in the process of organizing border control.
Theoretical implications: The theoretical value lies in the compilation of popular scientific views on the problem of research.
The practical value: of the study is that it identifies the distribution of functional responsibilities in the border control department of the headquarters in making management decisions, as well as the typical composition of information in decision-making by officials in non-standard (conflict) situations at checkpoints.
