Analysis of the development of mobile maintenance and repair of military vehicles
The article analyzes the development of mobile maintenance and repair of military vehicles. An analysis and comparison of the modern fleet of mobile maintenance and repair of military vehicles, which are in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, CIS and foreign countries. According to the results of the analysis, it was established that the tactical and technical characteristics of the mobile means of maintenance and repair of the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not provide in modern conditions the effective restoration of military vehicles in full. According to the author, this is due to the increase in the range of samples of military vehicles, which are adopted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the moral and physical aging of mobile maintenance and repair. In addition, the existing mobile means of repair and maintenance do not ensure the full implementation of the tasks of restoring military vehicles in the field and during hostilities. The available technological and production equipment of mobile means of maintenance and repair does not correspond to the latest models of modern military vehicles. Based on the above, there is a need to develop recommendations for improving the tactical and technical characteristics of mobile vehicles for the restoration of military vehicles that would ensure their use in various forms and methods of combat, which in turn will ensure full implementation of tasks for the restoration of military vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in the field and during hostilities.
