Improving the approach to the organization and implementation of control over the use (development) of resources in the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the period of the legal regime of martial law
Abstract
Purpose: is to formulate substantiated proposals for improving the existing approach to the organization and implementation of control over the use (development) of property and resources transferred to the operational management of military units and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under the conditions of the legal regime of martial law.
Method: methods of decomposition, analysis and synthesis.
The results of the study: the author's approach to the organization and conduct of control measures in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is proposed, namely, a variant of a practical comprehensive approach to the organization of measures to control the use of resources of the newly formed brigades of the armed forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been developed.
Theoretical implications: consists in improving the conceptual apparatus and the process of preparing the initial data for formulating the principles of the implementation of the control function in the Defense Forces of Ukraine regarding the control and monitoring of the use of resources and property during the period of the legal regime of martial law.
Value: The value of the study lies in the improvement of methodological approaches to the organization and implementation of control over the use (development) of resources in the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the period of the legal regime of martial law.
