Analysis of the Evaluation of Operational and Service Activities of State Border Guard Protection Units
Abstract
Purpose. To conduct a critical analysis of the existing system for evaluating the operational and service activities of state border guard units and to substantiate the feasibility of transitioning to a capability-based evaluation model using approaches adapted to NATO standards.
Method. An analytical method based on the assessment of facts and information related to the evaluation of the operational and service activities of state border guard units.
Findings. Approaches to the capability-based evaluation of state border guard units have been substantiated.
Theoretical Implications. The study enables, with sufficient adequacy, the introduction of key approaches to evaluating state border guard units based on their capabilities.
Practical Implications. To develop a scientific and methodological framework (model and methodology) for evaluating the capabilities of state border guard units.
