The impact of financial support on the effectiveness of human resource management in the defense sector
Abstract
Purpose: is an analysis of factors affecting financial support, coverage of a number of features of the financial support of the defense sphere, identification of problems and shortcomings in the financial support of defense personnel he study of financial support as a tool for supporting strategic human resources management, as well as the importance of long-term planning of costs for personnel development, professional development, as well as for social packages, which play an important role in maintaining personnel potential, are indispensable.
Method: complex methods of synthesis and analysis.
Findings: In the process of research, financial support is described from the point of view of its role in motivation, social protection and strategic planning, attention is paid to financial aspects that directly affect the effectiveness of personnel management in the military sphere, which is especially important in the conditions of martial law. It is noted that financial support in the management of human resources in the Armed Forces of Ukraine should be not only a tool for paying wages, but also a means of motivating and retaining qualified military personnel.
Value: the article will be useful both to scientists studying personnel management, financial management issues in the defense sphere, and to practitioners responsible for budgeting, strategic planning and development of the defense sector.
