Analysis of factors influencing the metrological support system of military units in the Armed Forces of Ukraine based on the experience of the Russo-Ukrainian war
Abstract
Purpose: The identification and analysis of factors influencing the metrological support system of military units in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the improvement or mitigation of which would enhance the system's effectiveness under modern conditions, based on the experience of the Russo-Ukrainian war.
Method: Methods of comprehensive analysis and synthesis, system analysis, comparative method, and expert evaluation method.
Research results: Key directions for improving the metrological support system of military units in the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been identified: integration into the automated control system, development and implementation of new approaches to employing the system's forces and resources in response to modern challenges, and initiation of organizational measures for metrological units.
Theoretical value of the study: The theoretical principles, conclusions, and recommendations outlined in this work can serve as a basis for further scientific research and discussions on enhancing the metrological support system of military units in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Practical value of the study: The implementation of the recommendations and proposals substantiated in this work, aimed at enhancing the metrological support system of military units in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which impacts all aspects of the troops (forces) operations, will ensure continuous combat readiness and high effectiveness in the combat employment of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Originality of the study: This study analyzes specific factors affecting the functioning of the entire hierarchy of command and control bodies and the implementation of metrological support measures, which have not previously been the subject of comprehensive scientific research.
