Features of equipment of military units of the Navy
Abstract
Purpose: is coverage of the peculiarities of the equipment of military units, as well as recommendations that will ensure transparency in the selection and placement of personnel.
Method: method of analysis.
Findings: offers recommendations for improving the staffing system, improving the process of selection and placement of personnel.
Theoretical implications: the results of the conducted research can be used during the improvement of the staffing system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as in the course of further research in this direction in scientific institutions.
Paper type: theoretical.
