Public procurement as one of the biggest vulnerable direction to corruption of the ministry of defence
Abstract
The article analyzes weaknesses in the system of public defence procurement that relative to vulnerability to corruption risks. Determined that the main principles for the most effective organization and conduction of procurement are: integrity; transparency; accessibility; supervision, control and accoutibility, which in the complex will strengthen the stability of this area to any risks, including corruption. It also suggests possible ways to efficient using these principles in the current practice of implementing the public defence procurement system by changing the approaches to implementing the system and legislative changes.
