Conceptual views on the development and application of robotic systems in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (concept, tasks, classification, management system, application challenges, prospects)

Keywords: robotic (robotic) systems, robots, war, management

Abstract

Purpose: is to define conceptual views regarding the development and application of robotic systems in the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the definition of: the tasks of robotic systems under different approaches to their formation; their classifications; development and application management systems at different levels of the organizational structure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; challenges and reservations regarding the use of robotic systems and prospects for their development in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Method: the main methods of research are methods of analysis and synthesis; method of comparison; formalization; abstraction and observation.

Findings: The main results of the article are: the results of the analysis of existing management systems for the development and application of robotic (robotic) systems in some foreign countries; views on the formation of the concept of development and application of robotic systems in the Armed Forces of Ukraine; tasks of robotic systems in the Armed Forces of Ukraine under different approaches to their formation; challenges and reservations regarding the use of robotic systems in the Armed Forces of Ukraine; views on the formation of a management system for the development and application of robotic systems at different levels of the organizational structure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Theoretical implications: the theoretical value of the study consists in determining conceptual views regarding the development and use of robotic systems in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking into account the trends in their development in the world and their use during the Russian-Ukrainian war.

Paper type: analytical, theoretical and methodical, descriptive.
