Digital tools control systems in e-business
Abstract
Purpose: discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of various digital tools of the control system in E-business.
Method: general scientific and special research methods, the method of expert evaluations were used.
Practical value of research: systematized: tools for monitoring and analyzing site traffic, analyzing site content, collecting and analyzing user behavioral data, electronic control of document flow and transactions, automated control of financial reporting, etc. These tools allow you to monitor various aspects of e-business and detect possible disruptions in business operations.
Value of research: the following problematic issues are highlighted: (1) how digital control tools can be used to ensure the implementation of innovative solutions and strategies, in particular, to attract and retain customers, analyze the market and competitive situation, as well as make more accurate forecasts of demand for goods and services; (2) what digital control tools can further reduce storage and inventory management costs, which can enable businesses to reduce costs and improve supply chain management efficiency.
