The influence of interpersonal relations between military services on the level of manifestation of neurotic conditions in the conditions of combat
Abstract
Purpose: based on the analysis of the experience of foreign scientists and the activities of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to establish the impact of interpersonal relations between servicemen on the level of manifestation of neurotic states.
Design/Method/Approach: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison), empirical (survey, observation, testing), methods of mathematical statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion, Pearson and Student correlation coefficients), methods for diagnosing the psychological state.

Theoretical implications: implications: the main result of research on the subject of the article is to determine the parameters of interpersonal relations in the military unit, which are predictors of the development of neurotic states.
