Recommendations for the organization and conduct of individual training of officers of the tactical aviation brigade
Abstract
The fulfillment of the tasks of tactical aviation in the anti-terrorist operation and the joint forces operation in the east of the state pointed out a number of shortcomings in the combat training system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
One of the main shortcomings of the existing system of combat training is the imperfection of the individual training of officers and its readiness to ensure the acquisition of the required level of individual abilities of the officer corps to carry out tasks as intended.
Based on the basic principles of officers' individual training and using the analysis of the results obtained through the use of an improved scientific and methodological apparatus for assessing the effectiveness of combat training, substantiated recommendations for organizing and conducting individual training of tactical aviation brigade officers.
The proposed recommendations will further improve the individual training of tactical aviation brigade officers.
